Story 051a: The Girl with Questions, English Version
SSSSB Story 051a: The Girl with Questions [For ages 5–9]
There once was a girl who was 7 years old. She loved to ask questions — every day, all the time!
One morning, she sat on her bed and wondered: “What is the most important thing in life?”
She was excited to know the answer from different people.
So she picked up her notebook and pink pen, put on her shoes, and went out to ask.
She asked 5 people she loved: π “What is the most important thing in your life?”
π¦ 1. Her little brother said: “Playing! Running! Jumping! That’s the best!”
π© 2. Her mummy said: “Loving you and your little brother, and keeping you safe.”
π΄ 3. Her grandpa said: “When our family is happy and kind to each other.”
π©π« 4. Her teacher said: “Helping children learn new things.”
π 5. Her best friend said: “I want to find out too! Let’s ask the SSSSB children!”
π£ Now it’s your turn!
If she asked you: “What is the most important thing in life?” What would you say?

SSSSB Story 051B: The Question Girl [For 10 years and older]
There once lived a 13-year-old girl. Every day she asked people questions — that's why they
gave her the nickname "Question Girl."
One day, a new question rose in her mind: "What is truly the most important thing in life?"
Instead of guessing, she decided to go and ask the people around her. She grabbed her little
notebook and held her pen as if it were a microphone, and she asked 9 people the same
question: "What is truly the most important thing in your life?"
π¦ 1. Answer from her 7-year-old little brother:
"The most important thing in my life is... to play sports!"
π©π¦° 2. Her mother: "The most important thing in my life is... to do my very best to make sure that
you and your little brother study well, get a good job, and have an easier life than I had."
π΄ 3. Her grandfather: "The most important thing in my life is... that all my children and
grandchildren live in harmony, and that there is no tension between them."
π©π« 4. Her school teacher: "The most important thing in my life is... to keep learning. The more we
study, the more successful we will be."
π 5. A local businessman: "The most important thing in my life is... to buy things as cheaply as
possible so that I can earn as much as possible when I sell them."
π 6. A champion sportswoman: "The most important thing in my life is... discipline and healthy
food. Without it, talent can’t go far. Discipline makes dreams real."
π©Ί 7. A doctor: "The most important thing in my life is... to help as many patients as possible, so
that our country has more healthy people."π 8. A bus driver:
"The most important thing in my life is... to bring people safely to their destination."
π 9. Her best friend and classmate: "The most important thing in my life is... I have the same
question! Let's ask the SSSSB family members. I’ve heard that in the SSSSB family, people
share their own views and life experiences, and they listen carefully to others to learn as much as
possible."
π£ Today’s question:
If the Question Girl came to you and asked: "What is truly the most important thing in life?"
What would your answer be? β Explain why, so she can understand you as clearly as possible.
